(Assigment 6)


During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we will feel tired and we cannot remember many things. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls or email message or drinks which contain caffeine, such as coffee and, eat dinner before go to bed. When to sleep well, we need a comfortable bed. Bedroom should be dark, and quiet. Every night, same routine every evening before we go to bed. For example, read a book, hat bath, and listening to relaxing music.
