the important of sleep by wati



During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we felt tired and will be cannot remember what we have done. Afterthat, we may become a weaker couse our self-defence is not enough energy  and we will become ill.  People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. they are thinking about  their work or studies and when late at night, they are also taked drinks, fast food and makes a phone calls and emails. It's bad for our healty and our body's 'immune system' . To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, and for our bedroom must be dark, quite and doing a same routine at  very night , for example read a book, have a hot bath or listening musicc for relaxing our mind.....
