THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If our people do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember things so well. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. they are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they can not sleep very well because, maybe they make have too many drinks and food.People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They also drinks some coffe and eat dinner before they bed. To sleep well, we need a confortable bed and bedroom should quiet.For example, read a book, have a hot bath, or listen to relaxing music. In this way, we will start to sleep better and feel more active the next day.
