Assignment 6 (The Importance of Sleep)


During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we do not sleep then we become tired and cannot remember things to well. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls or look at email massages. They also have many drinks which contain caffeine and eat dinner just before they go bed. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed with good mattress and pillow. We need also the bedroom be dark and quiet. Then we need to go to bed at same time every night. So, we will start to sleep better and feel more active the next day.
