Assignment 6 (Mohd Firdaus)

The Important of Sleep.

During sleep the brain repairs itself and store imformation.If we do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember thing so well for the next day. So we more likely to get ill. For example we can get headache. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work and study. They do not exercise enough during the day. Then they also have too many drink which contain coffeine, such as coffe, and eat diinner just before they go back. To sleep well, we need make sure that the bed is comfortable with a good mattress and pillows and the bedroom should be dark and quiet so we are not disturbed by ligth and noise.In this way, we will star sleep better and fell more active for the next day
