Assignment 6


The importance of sleep.

During sleep, the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember things to well. Our body also becomes weaker and easy to get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night, they make phone calls or look at email massages. They also take drinks which contain caffeine and take dinner before go to bed. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, a dark and quiet bedroom, and have same routine every night before go to bed.
