Sleep is important for brain

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information.If we do not sleep, then we tired and cannot remember things so well.So, we may be become get ill.People sleep badly when they are not relaxed.They are thinking about work or studies.Late at night, they make phone call or look at email messages.They also make drinks and eat dinner.To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed.The bedroom should a dark, quiet and not disturbed by light or noise.Every night, we should do same routine before go to bed like read a book, have a hot bath or listen music.
