Assignment 6 The Importance of Sleep

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we will feel tired and we cannot remember many things. Also, we may become weaker and to get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work and studies. Beside that, they often make phone calls or look at email messages until late at night. They also drinks many contain caffeine and and eat dinner before they go to bed. We need comfortable bed to sleep very well. Then, bedroom should be dark and quiet in order that not disturbed and noise. We also should have the same time and same routine such as read a book.
