Assignment 6(summary)


The important of sleep

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember things so well. They also become weaker and get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about works or studies. Late at night, they make phone calls or look at email messages. They also have too many drink which contain caffeine and eat dinner before sleep. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, a dark and quiet bedroom. We should also have the same routine every night like read a book, have a hot bath or listen to relaxing music.
