assignment 6


..SLEEP IS IMPORTANT FOR BRAIN & HEALTHY..

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we feel tired and cannot remember. Besides that, we also may become weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about work and studies. Late at night they make phone calls or look at email messages and also have to many drink coffee and eat dinner before they go to bed. To sleep well, we need to have a comfortable bed. We also should make sure the bedroom is dark and quiet. In the other hand, we should have the same routine every night before go to bed. For example read a book, have a hot bath or listen to relaxing music.
