The Importance of Sleep

During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and we cannot remember thing so well and we also may become weaker. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls or look at email messages. They also drinks many contain caffeine and eat dinner before they bed. To sleep well, we need a confortable bed and bedroom should be dark and also quiet. Every night we should have the same routine before we bed like read book, have a hot bath, or listen to relaxing music.
