ASSIGMENT 6 (TENGKU MARDIAH)


A Good Sleep



During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired and cannot remember things so well. We become weaker and more to get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies and late at night they make phone call or look at email. To sleep well, we need a comfortable bed, a dark and quiet bedroom. Then, everynight have a same routine.
