assigment 6(ayunie)


During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we will tired and cannot remember things so well and also may body or energy become weaker . People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they can not sleep very well because, maybe they make phone call, look at email messages or they also have too many drinks which contain coffeine or coffee.
So, to sleep well, we need to make sure that the bed is comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows. Then, make sure bedroom should be dark and quite. In addition, to get sleep well, we should have the same routine every evening before we go to bed such as read a book, have a hot bath or listen to relaxing music. Finally, try to go to bed at the same time every night. So, from that you can get a better sleep.
