Assigment 6(The important of sleep)Shahril


Sleep is a most important thing in life. People must sleep enough because it is a good for health and to keep back the energy. We need sleep about 8 hours everyday. Mostly, children sleep more time than adult. If we only sleep about 2 or 3 hours everyday, our body become weak. Moreover, sleep also can rest our mind.Our body fell tired hole day and we can't remember what we learn,that why we become weaker in hole day.
If people not sleep enough time, they lost their focus during finish work. So, many situation will become such as not effort finish the work and make a person become lazy and not efficient. Furthermore, it can danger for our body and maybe we will sick. Every night we must make a same routine to sleep like reads books, take a hot bath, listern music, etc. That way we must sleep.Our body fell tired hole day and we can't remember what we learn,that why we become weaker in hole day.
