The Bulj Al-Arab is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The architecs were Tom Wright of Atkins Said Khalil of Mithelsson Group. The Burj Al-Arab was built between 1994 and 1999. It is 321 metres high. It is a high rise building. It symbolize Dubai's urban transformation and to mimic the sail of boat.at night , it offers an unforgettable sight, surrounded by choreographed colour sculptures of water an fire.
