Oh i'm so tired and need a sleep!
ZZZZZZZZ................बहोत अच्छा है!
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information. If we do not sleep, then we become tired, we cannot remember things so well and it also may caused we get ill. People sleep badly when they are not relaxed. They are thinking about their work or studies. Late at night they make phone calls or look at e-mail messages and they also have too many drinks which countain caffeine and eat dinner just before they go to bed. To sleep well, we need to sure that the bed is comfortable, a dark and quiet bedroom. We should also try to go to the bad at the same time every night and do the same routine every evening before went go to the bed such as read a book, have a hot bath, listen to relaxing music and etcetera.
