Assignment 4 Nasi Lemak


Nasi lemak is one of another famous food in Malaysia. It undoubtedly a favourite breakfast fare among Malaysians, but now people also take it for lunch and dinner. The rice, with its distinct aroma, is served piping hot with a variety of condiments including fried peanuts, cucumber slices, crispy fried ikan bilis and the all-important sambal. It is easy to prepared it. Although most people say that the samble is what makes nasi lemak good, the rice is equally important. Good nasi lemak should be soft and fluffy, and the rice grains must not stick to one another.
